SMS text messaging program terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to the following terms for our text messaging program:

1. Program description. When you opt in, Long Island Family and Elder Care will send you SMS text messages related to your inquiry, including replies to your questions, consultation scheduling and reminders, and service updates.
2. Opting out. You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending text messages.
3. Rejoining instructions. If you opt out and later want to receive messages again, sign up again as you did originally, or text START, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
4. Help instructions. If you experience any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP, or contact us directly at (631) 900-3409 or info@lifec.org.
5. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
