Community Medicaid (Home Care)

What it is and who it helps

Community Medicaid helps families cover the high cost of in-home aides and care services. It is designed for seniors and disabled individuals who need help with daily activities but want to remain in their own homes rather than moving to a facility. This program also includes CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program), which allows an eligible family member or friend to be paid as the caregiver.
